However, instead of emptying your wallet for the nearest hotel (which, unfortunately, isn’t always near the site), car camping is a simple and efficient solution.

Hulu has acquired the exclusive streaming rights to Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits through 2023.

Subscribers to Hulu’s subscription video on-demand tier will be able to watch separate livestreams of the three music festivals at no additional cost, in addition to bonus behind-the-scenes footage. Hulu previously streamed the 2021 Lollapalooza festival but will now have access to the three festivals produced by Live Nation’s C3 Presents.

“Hulu and Live Nation are both committed to delivering exceptional entertainment to fans, so we are thrilled to be collaborating with them, again, as we expand our offering to include these three legendary festivals,” said Hulu president Joe Earley in a statement. “Each event is unique, but all three bring people together for incredible music, artistry, and experiences, which we are fortunate to be able to share with Hulu subscribers.”

“By expanding our partnership with Hulu, even more fans will be able to tune into each of these incredible festival experiences in real-time and enjoy live performances from their favorite artists with the fans on-site,” Walker said.

Bonnaroo will take place from June 16-19 in Manchester, Tennessee, with performances from Stevie Nicks, Machine Gun Kelly, The Chicks, Roddy Ricch and J. Cole.

Lollapalooza will happen from July 29-31 in Chicago’s Grant Park with a lineup that includes Metallica, Dua Lipa, Green Day, Doja Cat and Jazmine Sullivan.

Austin City Limits, which will feature sets from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, P!NK, SZA, Kacey Musgraves, Paramore and Lil Nas X, will take place over the first two weekends in October.

Hulu’s livestream schedule for the three festivals will be announced in the weeks leading up to the events.

Travis Scott has been removed from the list of performers for the Coachella 2022 festival, according to multiple reports. Palm Springs’ ABC affiliate KESQ reports that Jim Curtis, the community services manager for Indio — the city that hosts the festival each year — confirmed the lineup change.

The news comes as more than 60,000 people signed a Change.Org petition to remove the rapper from the festival’s list of performers after 10 people died and many more were injured at his Astroworld Festival in Houston on Nov. 5. The petition urged Goldenvoice, AEG and festival co-founder Paul Tollett to drop Scott, claiming that the rapper displayed “gross negligence and sheer lack of compassion for human life.”

According to Variety, Coachella told the rapper’s agent, Cara Lewis, that it intended to remove him from the lineup, and would pay a kill fee to have him no longer perform.

Scott recently sat down with Charlamagne tha God for his first interview since the Astroworld tragedy. In the nearly one-hour chat that was posted Dec. 9, the rapper discussed the topic of safety several times, noting that he wanted to figure out what happened so that such tragedies can be prevented at future concerts. However, he also indicated that he believed it was the responsibility of “professionals” — and not artists — to take care of planning safety measures.

“As an artist, you just do the creative. And this to be my festival, I got to bring artists, creatively produce it,” he said at one point. “We just trust the professionals to make sure that people are taken care of and leaving safely.”
